Have fun! We did this trip as a family about ten years ago.
A bit of advice: if and when you see a bear in Yellowstone make sure you stop and take a look at it. We saw one (turned out to be the only one) as we were driving in. We had been driving for many hours, and I told DH to press on so we could make it to our campsite!
